After acquiring the tours and activities reservation software FareHarbor, Booking.com decided to start selling tours and activities and contracting directly with tour operators. During the pandemic, Booking.com, one of the largest global online travel agencies (OTAs), will work through other OTAs to offer tours and attraction tickets.

They've decided they will no longer contract directly with operators or source inventory FareHarbor as part of the deal with Musement and Viator to offer various tours, activities and attractions for customers at its top destinations worldwide.

Musement has partnered with Booking.com to provide over 70,000 tours and attractions worldwide as a way to broaden the supplier's portfolio of travel services. Viator will now be providing over 400,000 of its products to this booking.com.
